Its a movie I used to watch with my family. The dad builds a machine that accidentally makes the kids tiny and the kids have to survive outside in the backyard when they're smaller than a lot of bugs.

So size matters when you're really small or everything else is really big.

Depends on a lot, doesn't it? How do you know the Joltik isn't a higher level, or if has an attack Onix is weak against?

If its still a Joltik its probably not ready to evolve yet. And besides if Onix has Dig it'll have immunity for a turn and then it'll probably be naptime for Joltik.

You're forgetting about moves that'd make an attack useless in the first place. Protect, Substitute, even something like Confuse Ray.

It's not all about brute strength. If you're smaller than your opponent, you have to be smarter.
